JOB DESCRIPTION: Active Hospice Care Inc, is hiring qualified CHHAs (Certified Home Health Aides) to join our team of professionals. Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) work under a supervising RN, to personalized care to the patient by assisting with the tasks of daily living. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow the plan of care written by the RN Provide personal care assistance: grooming, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, etc. Assist patient in moves and lifts Report any changes in the patient's condition to RN Supervisor Perform light housekeeping Extend compassion to both the patient and their family JOB REQUIREMENT: Must be a Certified Home Health Aid in the State of California Minimum of one (1) year experience in Home Health or Hospice A valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation Willing to travel in Los Angeles County BILINGUAL IS A PLUS::::COMPETITIVE PAY::::FLEXIBLE HOURS
