Home Health Aide (HHA) Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Visit clients in their home and provide cares according to their specific care plan.
- Assist clients with personal cares and ADL's.
- Run errands for and with clients.
- Accurate documentation and charting.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
- Good communication skills are necessary to report client changes and concerns to the office/RN.
- Criminal background check and license verification are required.
- Applicants must be dependable and trustworthy.
