HOME HEALTH AIDE

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social work, assisted living, or home health care, and will be committed to delivering personalized care with empathy and respect. Duties - Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's mental well-being. - Help with mobility and physical tasks, including lifting and transferring clients as needed. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. - Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers regarding the client's needs and progress. Experience - Previous experience in social work, assisted living, or home health care is preferred. - Familiarity with meal preparation and cooking for individuals with dietary restrictions is a plus. - Experience working with people with disabilities is highly valued.
