PRN Caregiver-Exton/ Downingtown -Reliable Vehicle

Intercede Home Healthcare LLC is accepting applications for anticipated one-on-one caregiver assignments in the Exton and Downingtown areas. We are seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who take pride in helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and supported. Responsibilities may include: • Assistance with personal care and activities of daily living • Mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention support • Meal preparation and feeding assistance • Medication reminders • Companionship and supervision • Light housekeeping related to the client’s care • Accurate completion of required shift documentation Qualifications: • Previous caregiving experience preferred • CNA, Home Health Aide, or Direct Care Worker experience is a plus • Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle • Ability to commute independently to assignments in Exton and Downingtown • Ability to pass all required background and employment screenings • Current health screening and TB documentation, or willingness to obtain required documentation • Dependable, professional, patient, and able to communicate effectively This position does not currently require transporting clients. Assignment availability, schedules, and weekly hours will depend on client needs and final placement. Applicants should indicate their availability and preferred shifts when applying.
