J.C. Home Care is a 24-hour Care facility that assists clients with daily living, and activities. Care includes housekeeping (Bed making, some assistance with helping clients with their laundry, washing dishes) and preparing meals. We also supervised activities at non-residential facilities including museums, fairs and restaurants. J.C. Home Care take pride in consulting clients and their families with knowledge for improving their living situations. Prepare and maintain records of clients' progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor. Care for individuals and families during periods of incapacitation, family disruption or convalescence, providing companionship, personal care and help in adjusting to new lifestyles. Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance. Participate in case review, consulting with the team caring for the client, to evaluate the client's needs and plan for continuing services.
