Job Requirements:
Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License is REQUIRED
English/Bilingual English preferred
Must be willing to work in Parsippany and surrounding areas
Drivers preferred
Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Job Responsibilities:
Enhancing clients' well-being and quality of life as a CHHA.
Provide direct client care, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
Provide transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping as needed.
Support clients in completing activities of daily living.
Influence clients' quality of life through promoting patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, clean environments, happiness, and social engagement.
Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
