Job Description Dream Guardians Home Care is a licensed and certified non-medical home care agency seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to join our growing team. Our caregivers play a vital role in helping seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping and laundry. Provide medication reminders. Assist with errands and grocery shopping as assigned. Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the office. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Follow each client's individualized care plan. Provide care with compassion, professionalism, and respect. Qualifications Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, or Direct Care Worker is preferred. Must already have all required Pennsylvania background clearances that meet state home care regulations. Must have a current 2-Step TB (PPD) test or other acceptable TB screening completed within the required timeframe. Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
