Job Requirements:
- Active NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification REQUIRED
- Must be willing to work in Manhattan, Queens or Bronx, NY
- Availability to work 12hr shifts (8am - 8pm or 8pm – 8am), weekdays and/or weekends
- Fluent in Spanish, bilingual preferred
- Must be willing to work with bedbound clients, transfer/hoyer lift experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
- Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
- Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
- Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
