Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description
Recruiting for full time LPN-Medically Fragile Homes to provide direct nursing care to residents with developmental disabilities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
$3,000.00 Sign On Bonus!!!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for caring for six medically fragile individuals in their home. Duties range from peg tube feedings to trach care.
Administer professional services and provide direct nursing care as necessary.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
Sign, date and perform all routine charting and record keeping in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Accompany and transport the individuals to medical appointments as necessary with all medical documentation needed.
Maintain confidentiality and the individuals’ privacy.
Requirements:
Current Oklahoma Nursing License, Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and must be willing to undergo background screening.

Shifts:
7am-7pm & 7pm -7am
12 hour shifts with every other weekend off!
3 days on week and 4 days the next week
