Job Description: Velora Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. As an LPN, you will provide quality nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes while supporting their independence, safety, and overall well-being. Our nurses play a vital role in delivering professional healthcare services and working closely with clients, families, and the care team to ensure the highest standard of care. Responsibilities: • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the client’s care plan • Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals • Medication Management • Assist with personal care when needed, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support • Monitor and record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation of care provided • Educate clients and family members on health management and care procedures • Assist with wound care, and other clinical tasks within scope of practice • Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients Qualifications • Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing • Previous home healthcare or clinical experience preferred but not always required • Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals • Ability to follow care plans and physician instructions • Must be able to pass a background check • Must be able to pass a drug test • Reliable transportation preferred • CPR/First Aid certification Benefits: Weekly Pay Training and ongoing support.
