Clarksburg Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Clarksburg, WV location. Clarksburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center N&RC opened in 1986 and is a 98 person care community specializing in skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation to home, and long-term care services. The center is located about 15 minutes from Interstate 79 in Clarksburg. Position Summary for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $3,000 Sign on Bonus for (Full Time) and updated wages Direct the operations of patient services to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times in accordance with state and federal regulations, facility policies and procedures, and patient directives. Provide leadership for the staff in the department in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Education/Requirements: Must be a graduate from an accredited school for license practical nurses or registered nurses and must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the State of West Virginia. License must be current, unencumbered, and active in the state of West Virginia. Must possess and maintain current CPR certification, or acquire certification within 90 days of hire.
