Observe patients/residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc. Monitor and record vital signs. Provide assistance as necessary with activities of daily living. Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical care tasks. Collect lab samples Communicate with other members of the team, residents, families and medical professionals. Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Requirements: LPN or RN license required (Required) BLS Certification (Required) Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
