LPN - Night Shift

Center on Aging and Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated LPN(s) to fill our full-time or part-time night shift positions (7pm - 7am). These individuals will assess patient/resident care needs and assists in implementing appropriate action. The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with excellence in communication, strong leadership, a critical thinker, problem solver, excellent customer service and efficient organizational skills. Must relate professionally with patients, residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians and vendors. *New Pay scale and new Shift Differential Qualifications include a current state nursing license. Experience in long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
