Young teen in Franklin, M-Thurs, $29 an hour

Independence Home Health LLC is looking to hire dedicated, trustworthy, and responsible individuals. We are Currently hiring for an RN or LPN to care for this great client. 7:30 to 5, Monday to Thursday RN-$38 an hour LPN - $29 an hour Job duties: · Assumes responsibility and accountability for the practice of professional nursing in accordance with Agency policy and standards of practice to ensure effective and appropriate home care services. · Consistently demonstrates competency with technical nursing skills according to personal and legal scope of practice. · Communicates effectively and in accordance with Agency requirements. · Assess’ the continuing needs of the patient. Performs initial and ongoing patient’s assessments based on Agency policy and standards of practice to ensure effective and appropriate home care services, as needed. · Participates with team of RNs, LPNs and or Home Health Aides to provide effective and quality home care services. · Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for patients and coworkers. · Performs job duties in accordance with Agency policies, procedures, and professional and community standards.
