Licensed Practical Nurse needed

Broad Acres is actively seeking a LPN to fill a full time 2:00pm - 10:00pm position. If applicant is interested in part time we are willing to discuss candidates availability. *Sign on bonus of $5,000 for full time *Extra 3.00 per hour shift differential for any hours worked during 2nd shift *Extra 1.00 per hour shift differential for any hours worked during 3rd shift. *Wage scale based on number of years licensed. *We have excellent benefits package including the best medical coverage in the area. Nursing care is provided through coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the resident’s/patient’s plan of care. The LPN/LVN adheres to the standards of care for the area, manages the environments to maintain resident/patient safety, and monitors the resident/ patient care activity performance by nursing assistants. Follows all Broad Acres policies and procedures. Performs duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act
