Shift Care - LVN- West Covina, CA 91790

The LVN will conduct the following skilled interventions and tasks: LVN to monitor vital signs, Medication administration, Breathing treatments, Oxygen administration with humidifier, Tracheal suctioning, Cleaning and care of tracheostomy stoma, Changing of tracheostomy, monitor integumentary system for signs and symptoms of skin breakdown, signs and symptoms of shortness of breath, neurological system, gastrointestinal, genitourinary system, regularity of bowel and bladder functions, nutritional status, administer feedings, medication administration, notify the MD and/or RN of any significant changes in condition, bowel and bladder care, maintain perineal hygiene to prevent skin breakdown, assist with transfers while maintaining proper body mechanics.
