Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Description
Ensures proper reporting, communication, and record keeping regarding resident condition changes, medications, treatments, admissions, discharges, expirations, special services, including making out incident and accident reports and notifying residents, responsible parties, physicians, Director of Clinical Services, and Vice President of Health Services where indicated. Oversees nursing staff to ensure excellence of service to residents. Full-time position open on the 6:45 am to 3:15 pm shift. $26.52 to $27.85 per hour depending on experience.

$26.52 - $30.00 per hour + $800 Sign-on Bonus
