Part time LVN, Daytime

Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes. Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Perform wound care and dressing changes. Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to the supervising RN. Assist with disease management and health maintenance.
