Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN). We have 8-hour shifts available at many Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing Facilities in the San Diego area.

Responsibilities
-Performs care as defined by the facility or individual patient’s Plan of Care and within the scope of California’s nurse practice act.
-Monitors patients’ condition and notifies designated personnel of any adverse changes in their status.
-Assures timely and accurate maintenance of clinical records according to established local, state, and federal laws.
Job Requirements
-Current, unrestricted California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
-Minimum 1-year experience preferred; 1-year of recent care experience in a hospital, hospice, home care agency, or skilled care facility preferred.
-Clean background and criminal record
-Adheres to required state and federal mandates and regulations as they apply to the provision of healthcare services.
-Ensures adherence to HIPAA and OSHA standards.
