Job Description:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or LPN to join our healthcare team. As an LVN/LPN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients by following a designated care plan tailored to meet their specific needs. This includes administering medication, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the healthcare team. You will also play a vital role in monitoring the client's condition, ensuring their well-being, and promptly reporting any changes. Accurate documentation of the care provided is essential to ensure continuity of care and effective communication within the healthcare team. Additionally, you will assist patients with transfers and lifting during their daily activities, promoting their mobility and independence.

Requirements:
