Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Description
He/She will be responsible for the daily operations of the assisted living facility, encompassing everything from staffing and resident care to budget management and regulatory compliance, as well as communicating regularly with residents and their families, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. Other responsibilities: Marketing & Sales, Community relations, Quality assurance, Problem-solving, and Risk management.
