We are home health agency that need to hire few LVNs or LPN to help with follow up visits of home health (homebound) patients. LVN must have a home health experience and familiar with OASIS, skilled visit notes and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software. We have good pay rate and also pay for mileage. The position is per diem with flexible hours. You can schedule your patients based on your availability.
