Home Care Supervisor – Part-Time

Location: Will County, Illinois Pay: $30 per completed supervisory visit Schedule: Part-Time / Flexible We are seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Home Care Supervisor to support our home care operations throughout Will County, Illinois. This is a part-time field-based position ideal for someone who enjoys working with caregivers and clients while helping ensure quality, compliant home care services. Responsibilities * Conduct scheduled supervisory visits in clients’ homes throughout Will County. * Assess client satisfaction and the quality of services being provided. * Observe and evaluate caregiver performance during supervisory visits. * Review the client’s current needs and report changes or concerns to management. * Ensure caregivers are following the established plan of care/service plan. * Complete supervisory visit documentation accurately and on time. * Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff. * Assist with addressing service or caregiver concerns identified during visits. * Help maintain compliance with agency policies and applicable Illinois Department on Aging (IDoA) / Community Care Program (CCP) requirements. * Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required; additional healthcare or supervisory education is a plus. * Previous experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, case management, or supervision preferred. * Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. * Comfortable traveling to clients’ homes throughout Will County. * Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance. * Ability to work independently and manage a flexible field schedule. * Professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with older adults and their families. Compensation & Schedule $30 per completed supervisory visit. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule based on client supervisory visit needs. Local travel throughout Will County is required. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, personable, and understands the importance of quality assurance in home care. Experience working with IDoA/CCP clients or an Illinois home care agency is strongly preferred.
