Family Home Health has retained its ownership, management, and staff while re-introducing itself as Craft Health. Craft Health is a growing home health agency based in Boulder. We are looking for Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to work with special needs individuals and the elderly in the home to promote safe and healthy daily activities. This position is responsible for providing hands-on personal care to participants within the participant's home and some driving is required to travel between participants' homes.
