St. Simeon and Louisa Home Care - ADL SERVICES
Home Health Aide: Our Home Health Aides help our patients with their Personal Care Services, helping our patients daily living a little easier. They have the knowledge and technical skills for;
• Bathing our patients
• Dressing/undressing in comfortable clothes
• Brushing their teeth Personal hygiene
• Safe transfer – chair, couch & bed
• Meal preparation
• Light house-keeping and Laundry
• Medication Reminder
• Assist with Eating and Drinking
Homemaking Services: Help in housekeeping and making sure our patient's living environments are clean.
Companion Care: Companion Care is a Non-Medical Care service;
• Assist with Exercise
• Initiating Games and Fun
• Initiating Conversations
• Making sure they are in compliance with their Medication (Medication management).
