Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
Assist with bathing and personal hygiene
Meal preparation in accordance with client preferences and dietary needs
Light housekeeping (tidying common areas, laundry, dishes, etc.)
Provide companionship and ensure client safety and comfort
Requirements:
Active Personal Care Aide or Home Health Aide certificate (required)
Prior experience working with elderly clients preferred
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Ability to pass a background check
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for caregiving
