Mom needs assistance from 2p-6p with her 21yo non verbal young lady that loves music. Her mom would like the caregiver to be there when she gets off the bus. Once home, her meal will already be prepared. She already knows how to wash her hands and change her clothes once she gets into the house. She enjoys listening to music and doing fun activities. Caregiver is to also be a companion and friend to her. Caregiver is to provide attentive care and supervision during the shift. They are to assist with snack/meal time as needed, encourage handwashing and hygiene, and create a supportive, calm, safe routined environment at home. Engage her in age-appropriate activities and closely monitor her throughout the afternoon. Complete light housekeeping, to include tidying up common areas and organizing as needed. Ensure client remains safe, comfortable, and well cared for until the end of the shift. Lastly, please be sure to have your ID so you can get client off the bus each day.
