Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This position requires strong clinical skills.
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient conditions
- Conduct various medical procedures such as pain management techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in (CA)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Proven experience in patient care, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
-Experience in Home Healthcare
-Ability to perform wound care
-Experience with IV's
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Fluent in Vietnamese
