SIGN ON BONUS! Hospice RN Case Manager. In home nurse visits; 50 mile radius of Baton Rouge. Monday through Friday; 8:30 to 5:00. Rotate call with staff RNs. Competitive pay scale and benefits. Great team and physicians.
