Why You'll Love It Here Starting at $72,000+ based on experience Real leadership growth — partner directly with our experienced nursing leader and step into expanded responsibilities Small, intimate facility with a true homelike feel Long-tenured team that welcomes you from day one Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Employee Assistance Program for you and your family Discounted meals from our in-house kitchen What You'll Do Partner with nursing leadership to direct daily clinical operations in line with federal, state, and local regulations Round on units to monitor resident care, staff performance, and unit operations Mentor and support licensed and unlicensed nursing staff Help develop and enforce nursing policies and procedures Participate in QAPI, survey readiness, and infection control Support onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance Assist with audits and chart reviews Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning Address resident and family concerns with compassion Oversee clinical supplies, equipment, and inventory Step in with direct resident care as needed What You Bring Active Georgia RN license in good standing 2–3 years of skilled nursing facility experience (leadership experience preferred) Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems Working knowledge of HIPAA Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands. Occasional lifting or repositioning of residents and lifting up to 25 lbs. Some evenings, weekends, or on-call coverage may be required. Reasonable accommodations available under the ADA.
