RN Supervisor

RN SUPERVISOR PT/FT Benefits: Vacation time and holidays This position will supervise field staff as they perform their daily functions in private homes in the community. The RN Supervisor will ensure compliance with the home care patient’s Plan of Care and with regulations pertaining to home health care. Responsibilities include assessing clients in their homes for safety and adequate resources for home health care., maintaining client records, evaluating field associates’ on the job performance and documentation, and communicating with the client's care team including physicians, social workers, and case managers. A current RN license and at least 2 years' experience is required. A valid driver's license and vehicle are also required.
