Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
1. Provide admission, case management and followup skilled nursing visits for hospice patients. 2. Addressing and supporting clinical concerns as part of office team. 3. Supervisory visits to observe clinical proficiences a field staff while w/ patient 4. Educate patients, families & caregivers 5. Provide skilled nursing as determined by the interdisciplinary plan of care.
Compensation
$52.00 - $57.00 per hour
