Director of Patient Care Services

Managed Home Care, Inc is a home health agency that provides Extended Skilled nursing shift care services. We are looking for an experienced part time Clinical Director who can assist in growing company further. The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall direction of home health clinical services. The Clinical Director establishes, implements and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy. The Clinical Director also serves as the Clinical Manager for the purposes of meeting the Medicare Conditions of Participation. Hours: Up to 20 hours/week in office and on field. This can turn into Full-time in-office position as census grows Position Qualifications: Three years of management experience within the last five years in a home health or related health care organization, at least one year of which was a supervisory or administrative capacity Or a registered nurse with four years experience within the last five years in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, at least one year of which was in a supervisory or administrative capacity. Knowledge and expertise in clinical decision-making and Quality Management review and evaluation. Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community. Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations and Joint Commission standards. We are looking forward to meeting qualified candidates who will become part of our small work family.
