Supervision & Leadership
Manage nursing staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior nurses.
Ensure staff compliance with nursing home policies and procedures.
Patient Care Coordination
Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Monitor patient care plans and ensure timely interventions.
Address patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., pharmacy, lab, radiology).
Participate in shift handovers and communicate updates effectively.
Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Evaluate care delivery and implement improvements.
Conduct audits and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
