RN Supervisor:
Oversees unit, assists with treatment, medication administration and Admissions.
Serve as liaison between patient, family, doctor
Conduct daily audits
Participate in daily patient conditions in clinical reporting
Manage staff and participate in annual reviews
Qualifications:
Must have current CT RN license
Must be fully vaccinated
Must have experience in Long Term Care
Must have supervisory experience
Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
Compensation
$47 - $55/ hour
