We are currently seeking 2 experienced, dedicated RN’s to join our premier Residential and Home Care team with flexibility for full or part time. The RN will be instrumental in ensuring our Residents/Clients well-being through the delivery of exceptional, high quality hands-on care. You will also provide support, training, and coaching to our Employees.
This position is daytime hours providing on-site direct care and supervision with one evening per week and every fourth weekend on call.

Qualifications:
· Current MN RN license
· 3-5 years experience working with residents in home care
· Experience working with comprehensive licensure preferred
· Dementia experience is required
· Excellent assessment skills
· Strong team building and mentoring skills
· Strong organizational and analytical skills
· Ability to make independent decisions
· Able to embrace the aging in place philosophy of care
· Experience with end-of-life process preferred
· Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Valid MN drivers license reliable transportation required
