Sheme Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to care for patients in the comfort of their homes Working with the physician, our Registered Nurses develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals take steps to improve or maintain health a healthy lifestyle. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Nurses we believe that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families and communities. Requirements: 1+ year of OASIS experience. Strong communication skill, Medicare and Medicaid experience Must be flexible Strong documentation skills Must be familiar with home healthcare regulations and procedures, background check, PPD or Chest X-ray result, CPR/first aide, work authorization paper, reliable transportation, social security card and copy of license.
