Registered Nurse(RN)- Home Care

Job description In Home Care Registered Nurse Always Best Care is a non medical home care agency serving Asheville, Hendersonville and surrounding areas. Recently being named 2024 & 2025 Best of Home Care Leader in Experience by Home Care Pulse, we continue to be the best in the business. At this time we are currently in need of Full Time and Part Time RN’s to join our team. Required: RN Experience: Current NC (RN) Nursing license Experience in senior care industry preferred; Home care, Home Health or Hospice experience is desirable- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent team player but able to work independently Current and valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Work Schedule will be based on client and company needs. Primary RN Responsibility: · Complete initial in home assessments and home safety assessments for all new clients · Develop client care plans · Conducts client in home supervisory visits at least every 90 days and update any changes · Completes quarterly record review · Conducts caregiver orientation, caregiver skill validation and documents caregiver competency · Conduct clients fall risk assessments · Conducts caregiver TB tests upon hire Pay will be based on experience and availability Experience: Nursing: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: RN (Required) Ability to Commute to Asheville, Hendersonville and surrounding areas
