Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Registered Nurse for part-time home health visit needed. Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
Duties:
Responsible for planning, coordinating and documenting care for an assigned caseload of patients. Utilizing physicians' orders and professional skills the Home Health RN, in conjunction with the Case Manager, develops and implements a home health plan that meets each patient's specific needs and follows organization standards, federal and state regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures.
