Primary responsibilities for Full-Time Home Health RN include:
Provide patients with a full range of personalized, acute care, which may include instruction on chronic disease management and medication, pain management, wound care, IV infusion, and post-operative instruction. Supervision of care treatment and services of patient care provided by LPNs, HHAs, and other staff on assigned patient.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years of acute care nursing experience.
1 year Home Health experience (Oasis Assessment)
Current CPR certification
Fluent Spanish speaking RN's preferred.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
