Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Coordinate and facilitate services for our WI Medicaid at-home consumers. Assess consumer needs for a Medicaid prior authorization using WI Medicaid tools. Process new and annual authorizations, develop plan of cares, secure physicians orders, maintain proper medical and service records, perform 50-60 day visits, provide PCW delegation and training, and support CIL's Independent Philosophy.
Experience / Qualifications: Required experience:
• Registered Nursing: 1 year
Required license or certification:
• Registered Nurse (RN)
