Job Description: Provide patient education, treatment and emotional support at the patient residence and to help individuals recover from injuries and illness. The responsibility of coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals in regard to the home health patients. They will coordinate patient medications between the pharmacist and doctor to ensure that patients properly manage precise dosages. They must assess the patient's needs and keep proper documentation of patient care.
Requirements: Must have a minimum of an associate degree in nursing. Must be a RN in the state of NC. Must be flexible
