Looking for RN Supervisor

RN Supervisor needed for skilled nursing facility. Work 8 hours shifts on days. Assist in providing professional nursing care to residents and assume responsibility for professional duties. Gives guidance to personnel as needed, evaluate performance, discuss progress and needs for improvement and prepares for evaluation. Complete Medicare assessments, treatments and charting. Supervises maintenance of the residents health record to assure accurancy and completeness of the documentation. Communicate with the Charge Nurse on assessments of seriously ill residents. Assist Charge Nurse with daily duties, admissions, treatments, etc as able and help run interference with other auxiliary departments as well as watch desk while charge nurse is on break. May be required to act as Charge Nurse at times.
