Seeking motivated RN with a passion for elder care and interested in working at a small non-profit nursing home where quality individualized resident care is actually possible. Villa Siena is a 30 bed SNF, with an attached assisted living building.
The candidate would need to be proficient in medication administration, making physician phone calls, pharmacy and lab ordering and overseeing the CNA care on the unit. They would work within a collaborative team environment of experienced and dedicated staff.
