Psychiatric Nurse for Partial Hospitalization Program and Home health

Psychiatric registered nurse must be licensed in the state of Florida Must be Computer literate Must have experience working in home health, behavior health, or partial hospitalization program. Salary 68,000 a year with health benefits included. Job need: Energetic, knowledgeable psychiatric registered nurse needed to provide nursing service in the state of Florida to chronic psychiatric patients attending PHP and medical patients in home health care. For the Partial Hospitalization program: Psychiatric Registered Nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients vital signs daily in the PHP, cover our PHP clinic to administer intramuscular injections 1-3 times a week, daily nursing group for 60 minutes, and will provide nursing case-management services for patients in PHP For the home health: Start of Care as needed in the home Supervise patient care by LPNs and Aides in home health Assist the DON with supervision and training medication teaching, and infection controls Psychiatric nurse must be willing to be on-call during the holidays for PHP clients. Yearly bonus $250-500 +
