Job description Shores Hospice is looking for case managers in Central/South San Diego County. We offer a low caseload work experience. Our patients receive a hospice CNA visit every day of the week, unless otherwise requested or based on individual needs. We are looking for full-time, dedicated employees who are passionate about patient care. Compensation for the position is $43-$52/hour, negotiable with experience.
