Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Currently seeking a Registered Nurse for SOC's and follow up visits in the areas of: Jacksonville, Fleming Island, Orange Park, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, Palatka, St Augustine
Seeking a nurse with the following experience:
-medication management
-wound care experience
-ostomy care
-IV infusion care
-good at documentation and communication
As a nurse with Ardnas Health Care Services, you will be making your own schedule and can pickup as many patients as you want.
We work with your availability and schedule. You will also be able
to pick which part of the area you would like to accept patients.
Qualifications for the Position:
● Florida RN License
● Driver's License
● CPR Card
● Current and Valid Auto Insurance
● CEU's- Alzheimer's Certificate, HIV/AIDS, Medical Errors, Domestic Violence
● Tools needed: blood pressure cuff, pulse oximetry, thermometer, glucometer
● Completing SOC's- assessments only - (No Oasis)
● Skilled Nursing Visits-regular nursing notes
● Completing Online Documentation which is accessible via phone, tablet, or computer
