Medical specialties: Home Health Physical setting: Long term care Home Care Standard shift: Day shift Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Education: RN License (Required) BLS Certification (Required) Experience: Graduate of an approved school of nursing Currently licensed in the state of Florida IV certification preferred Ability to travel to patient homes. 2 years (Preferred) Responsibilities Assist in patient's activities of daily living Monitor patient and report on their well-being Participating in the nursing process by providing input to the patients’ overall care Implementing the care plan as written Provides for emotional and physical safety of patient while considering their rights and cultural background Complies with all company policies and procedures including HIPAA Privacy Rules Monitors and reports changes to the patient’s condition to supervisor Listen and respond to any patient requests and concerns Accepts only those assignments for which they are qualified Language: English (Preferred) Spanish Haitian Creole License/Certification: CPR Certification (Required) Driver's License (Preferred) Florida Active RN License Shift availability: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift On call Weekend availability Willingness to travel:
