Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Independent Contractor

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing services to clients in their homes. This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor position ideal for RNs seeking per diem or supplemental work. Responsibilities • Conduct skilled nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders • Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other skilled interventions as ordered • Educate clients and families on disease management and care instructions • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation • Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and communicate changes in client status Requirements • Active, unencumbered Florida RN license • Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred • Current CPR/BLS certification • Professional liability/malpractice insurance (required) • TB clearance within the past 12 months • Must pass a background check • Reliable transportation This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes.
