Supervise residents and staff on the 3-11:30 shift. Ensure quality of care is maintained. Develop rapport with staff, residents, and family. Maintain continuity of care between the shifts. Provide oversight of documentation, incident reporting, behavior management, wound care, and medication administration. Ensure staff are knowledgeable of facility P&P's and are following facility P&P's. Report to DON/Administrator as necessary.
